Allegheny Brokerage Company, Inc. export services include all of the functions that successfully move the outbound freight of our customers through the international supply chain. We provide consultation and assistance to new exporters as well as detailed attention to the needs of our established customer base. Through a wide variety of services, from coordinating inland transportation to booking passage for ocean and air cargo, handling the flow of documentation, and clearing merchandise for export, we act as liaison between our customers, the freight carriers and US Customs.

The company takes pride in maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding compliance of commercial and ITAR controlled cargo. Department of State licenses can be handled through our export department and can be lodged at our local port, 1412, for the convenience of our customers.

In addition to providing all of the traditional support products of a typical export specialist, the export department offers specialized services such as the preparation of Certificates of Origin, obtaining and instructing our clients in the use of Carnet's, training our customer's staff in proper export practices and keeping them aware of the ever-changing export regulatory environment. We also maintain specialized reports and records at the request of the client, based on their individual requirements.
